Öğretmen profili oluşturmak
Preply'da öğretmen olmak için başvuruyu göndererek, sitemizin kurallarını okuduğunuzu ve kabul ettiğinizi onaylamış olursunuz. Temel bilgileri girdikten sonra, profiliniz kaydedilir, ancak öğrencilerin arama sonuçlarında kullanılamaz. Video tanıtımınızı ve çalışma saatleriniz hakkındaki bilgileri daha sonra ekleyebilirsiniz. Ardından, profiliniz onaylanmak ve doğrulanmak üzere öğretmenlerin onay ekibine gönderilecektir. Öğretmen profilinin onayı
Preply will manually verify and approve each tutor's profile. During the verification process, we pay close attention to the level of profile completeness, as well as assess the quality and qualifications of each tutor. In accordance with site rules, it is prohibited to mention any contact information in the profile description fields (full name, address, phone number and other contact details). We reserve the right not to approve a tutor profile without explanation.
Öğrencilerle ilişki
When a student finds a suitable tutor for his/her requirements and budget, the student pays for the first lesson through the platform. The more relevant information that is stated in the tutor's profile, including work hours and video introduction, the higher the chances are that the tutor will get the student that fits his/her specializations and timings.
Ayrıntıları açıklama
The tutor and student can use the private messaging system on the platform in order to clarify the details of future lessons. Site rules do not allow the student and tutor to disclose names, contact information or social media accounts in private messages until the student pays for his/her first lesson. If the system blocks the messaging by mistake during correspondence with the student, please contact our technical support.
After the payment for the first lesson, the system will automatically exchange contact information between the student and the tutor. In the first lesson, the student evaluates the methods and quality of the tutoring.

After the first lesson is completed and confirmed by the student, the system will automatically suggest him to buy a package of hours to continue the lessons with this tutor if student liked the lesson. Otherwise, your student will be offered to get a free replacement with another tutor. Working with this system is mandatory for all tutors. Students can prepay 5, 10, 15 or 20 hours at his or her discretion. Try to convince the student to purchase bigger packages of hours. In this case, you get additional points, while the student gets a discount for the lessons from the platform. Please note that you can plan your next lesson with the student only when he or she has prepaid hours on the balance.

To withdraw from your account, you can use the «Withdrawals» section, which will open the popup with possible payout options. You can withdraw funds from internal account in the following ways:
- Direct transfer to Prepaid MasterCard® from Payoneer;
- PayPal;
- Skrill

For unscrupulous tutors who try to bypass the system of package lessons, penalties and ultimately removal from the platform might be applied.

Your position in the search results is the main factor determing your success on the platform. According to our statistics, more than 50% of all requests are received by tutors who are displayed on the first page of the search results. Since the launch of the platform, some of our tutors who were in the top of the search results had to double prices of their lessons, because they were overwhelmed by the number of interested students.
Yorum almak
After 14 days from the date of payment for the first lesson, each student will be notified via email and My Request section to leave a review for the tutor. If the student forgets to do so, feel free to remind him or her about it.

Tekliflerle ilgili güncellemelere abone olma
Rahatınız için, şehrinizde veya Skype üzerinden derslerle ilgili yeni teklifler geldiğinde platform tarafından e-posta ile bilgilendirilmeyi etkinleştirebilirsiniz.
Bildirimleri etkinleştirmek için lütfen aşağıdakileri uygulayın:
- «Öğrenci Bul» bölümünü ziyaret edin.
- Solda bulunan «Konum» menüsünden «Yerel» seçeneğini seçin ve şehrinizin adını yazın, ya da «Skype ile» seçeneğini seçin.
- «Yeni taleplerle ilgili e-posta bildirimleri al» kutucuğunu etkinleştirin.
Bildirimleri devre dışı bırakmak için
- «Öğrenci Bul» bölümünü ziyaret edin.
- Belirli konumlar/Skype ile ilgili bildirimleri devredışı bırakmak için «Konum» menüsünden şehri ve/veya «Skype ile» seçeneğini seçin.
- «Yeni taleplerle ilgili e-posta bildirimleri al» kutucuğunu devre dışı bırakın.
İstekleri yanıtlamak
To apply for the offer you need to write a message with your details and/or questions. To do this, select an offer you like and click «Show more» or click offer headline. Write your message and click «Send a message». After sending a message a new request will be created in «My requests» section on your profile, where you can continue a conversation with the student.
Sınırlamalar
We have following limitations in this section:
- Tutor cannot apply to an offer until his profile completeness is above 70%. You can check your profile completeness at «Statistics» section.
- Tutor with profile completeness 70%and average number of hours spend with student on the platform below or equal 3, can apply to up to 5 offers.
- Tutor with profile completeness 70%and average number of hours spend with student on the platform above 3, can apply to unlimited number of offers

If you use ad-blocking plugins, we recommend to switch them off, as they may negatively influence proper work of the website.

İptal Politikası
Bazen planlarınız değişebilir ve bir dersi iptal etmek/yeniden planlamak zorunda kalabilirsiniz. Böyle bir durumda, öğrenciye ders saatinden en az 4 saat önce haber vermenizi rica ederiz. Aksi takdirde, her öğrencinin dersle ilgili 'Sorun Bildirme' hakkını saklı tutarız ve bu durumda öğretmene belli yaptırımlar uygulanır (Yaptırımlar bunlarla sınırlı olmamakla birlikte belirtilenleri içerir: Bildirilen soruna göre profil derecelendirmelerinde düşüş, profilin Gizlenmesi veya Engellenmesi, vb...).
Preply hesabındaki derslerinizi kolayca iptal etmek/yeniden planlamak için 'Derslerim' menüsündeki seçili ders kaydında bulunan ilgili butona tıklayabilirsiniz. Öğrencinin ders başlama saatinden itibaren katılmadığı dersler için ücret kesebilirsiniz (bu imkan ilk dersleri değil, düzenli yapılan dersleri kapsar). Ardından iptal sebebini belirtmeniz istenir; ki belirttiğiniz sebep çoğu durumda öğrenciye iletilecektir.
Ödeme sistemlerimizi atlatmaya yönelik teklifleri de içeren herhangi bir hileli davranış durumunda, öğretmenin hesabındaki bakiyesine ve profiline ulaşımı anında engellenecektir.
Yeni öğrenciler almaya ara verme
Geçici bir süreyle Platform üzerinde yeni öğrenci kabul edemeyecek veya gelen mesajlara yanıt veremeyecek durumdaysanız, lütfen Pano üzerindeki bütün bölümlerde bulunan ilgili butona tıklayarak profilinizi arama sonuçlarından saklayınız. Bunu yapmayı reddetmek Preply'daki profilinizin kapatılmasıyla sonuçlanabilir. Bu adım, öğrencilerimize sunduğumuz hizmetin kalitesini sürdürebilmek için gereklidir.
